LHH is working with a prominent Amlaw100 firm in Washington, DC seeking an Energy (Development & Finance) Associate Attorney.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Energy related experience in project development and finance matters.
- JD required.
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 or Energy Boutique is required.
Opportunity Highlights:

- Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
- Compensation: $260,000 - $390,000 (top of the market base and bonuses)

- Represent sponsors, investors, funds, joint ventures, acquisitions, and divestitures across oil/gas/infrastructure, mineral, and satellite sectors
