Blacklock Financial are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join the Cross-Functional team at a thriving mid market generalist advisory firm. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting their team of bankers, associates and clients in the execution of complex financial transactions, including M&A, restructuring, and other advisory services to drive positive change and deliver measurable results for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an analyst and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, financial models, and other marketing materials for clients
- Conduct financial analysis, including data analysis, modeling, and forecasting
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including LBO models, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for clients
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams, including banking, sales, and research to ensure seamless execution of transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, as well as with other professionals in the industry
- Participate in client meetings and calls to gather information and provide updates
- Collaborate with junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure that clients are informed and prepared
