Position Overview:
- Open to entry-level, associate, and partner-level attorneys.
- 1-3+ years of insurance defense experience preferred (strongly favoring candidates with third-party insurance defense and general liability background).

Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Requirements:
- Must have insurance defense experience with third-party insurance defense (required; any area of insurance defense is acceptable).
- Experience in billing clients is required.
- Good job tenure is essential; candidates must provide strong reasons for any career transitions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida (required).
- 1-3+ years of insurance defense experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of general liability cases.
- Excellent legal writing and research skills.
