Position Overview:

Skills and Requirements:
- Must have insurance defense experience with third-party insurance defense (required; any area of insurance defense is acceptable).
- Experience in billing clients is required.

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida (required).
- 1-3+ years of insurance defense experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of general liability cases.
- Excellent legal writing and research skills.
