What You’ll Do:
- Craft top-notch technical content, including user manuals, installation guides, and training materials that empower our customers.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather insights and ensure accuracy.
- Manage multiple documentation projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional writing skills that make technical jargon accessible to all.
- Strong communication abilities to connect with engineers, marketing teams, and SMEs.
- Proficiency in electronic publishing tools like FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, RoboHelp, and DITA.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
