Chief Fiduciary Officer
Our client is looking for a Chief Fiduciary Officer that demonstrates exceptional fiduciary leadership skills who will oversee all trust administration. They need someone that can lead, educate, guide, and mentor all trust officers, trust administrators, and relationship managers (support staff) to achieve service excellence and ensuring compliance needs are met in accordance with Florida statutes and tax code.
You'll be responsible for supporting teams in servicing their clients when necessary to serve as a subject matter expert. You will oversee all trust and administrative trust functions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. They need a fiduciary professional with over 15 years of trust administration experience, that has worked in a team environment, mentored and developed others. They need someone that can collaborate with all trust officers, administrators, and support staff throughout the firm to ensure consistency. You will partner up with the compliance officer to ensure all regulatory guidelines are met. You will manage all fiduciary litigation matters in conjunction with corporate legal counsel. You will interface with the Board of Directors on fiduciary matters.
They require a JD level of education and LLM is nice to have. Preference will be given to those with experience with Florida statutes, tax code, and internal policies.
