Summary:
Moodys NWC is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET technologies and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end applications, with a focus on leveraging Azure services such as Cosmos DB, Application Services, and Azure Functions. You will also work with GitLab pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery, playing a key role in delivering scalable, efficient, and secure applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework technologies.
- Build and manage cloud-native applications using Azure services, including Cosmos DB, Application Services, and Azure Functions.
- Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
- Design, develop, and optimize database interactions with Azure Cosmos DB, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and performant.
- Monitor and manage application performance on Azure, ensuring high availability and cost efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and cloud engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices in software development.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and continuously improve the development process.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET for backend development.
- Proficiency in Azure cloud offerings such as Azure Cosmos DB, Application Services, Azure Functions, and other PaaS solutions.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with designing and managing databases in Cosmos DB.
- Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies, particularly for automating testing, deployment, and scaling applications.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field: Or equivalent practical experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to 160,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
