About the Company:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney with a strong background in personal injury defense to join our legal client. The ideal candidate must be barred in California and have at least 3+ years of experience handling personal injury defense cases.
***This role is mainly remote with very occasional client visits. Candidates can be in SD, OC or LA!
About the Role:
Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation, from drafting pre-trial motions to representing clients in court, conducting depositions, and negotiating settlements. The role requires excellent legal research and writing skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering favorable outcomes for clients and providing sound legal counsel.

Pay range and compensation package:
A competitive salary of up to $150,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
