We are seeking mid-level litigation associates to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex legal matters, including analyzing legal issues, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and solving intricate problems using sound legal judgment and expertise.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely, insightful, pragmatic, and proactive legal counsel.
- Advocate on behalf of clients, presenting legal points and recommendations clearly and persuasively in various forums, including client consultations and legal proceedings.
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, briefs, motions, notices, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Represent clients in state and federal court appearances, at depositions, and in other formal proceedings.
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including the preparation and presentation of witnesses for deposition.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys, paraprofessionals, and administrative staff, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a litigation department.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of New York; admission to federal courts is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional credentials, with excellent analytical, legal research, and communication skills, particularly in legal writing.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
- Demonstrated passion for litigation and a commitment to advancing in this field.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a timely and professional manner.
- Pragmatic problem-solver with adaptability to learn new information and practices.
