A growing organization in the Industrial Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Plant Manager based in the greater St. Mary’s, Pennsylvannia area.
Candidates Must Have:
· Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business or related field of study
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing management role
· Strong mix of leadership skills, mechanical aptitude, and business acumen
· Experience leading safety, quality, and continuous improvement projects
· Ability to use ERP Systems, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite
