Field Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues with PCs, laptops, and printers
Address and fix software-related problems
Resolve network issues
Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server installations
Oversee and maintain network equipment
Interact with customers to provide recommended solutions for their issues
Create reports and status updates on customer IT infrastructure

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology required
Prior experience in Managed IT Services is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Administration, or a related field preferred
Advanced experience with troubleshooting and working with Microsoft applications and operating systems
Experience in administering and supporting Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 environments
