The Vice President of Food Safety and Quality is responsible for all Food Safety & Quality strategy and execution for a food manufacturing company with 7 manufacturing plants in North America.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading Food Safety and Quality programs in a food or beverage manufacturing company
- Must have experience leading food safety and quality over multiple plants
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems within a co-manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- BS degree is required
