Mission:
To ensure the Quality on the provided products and services from the Suppliers.
Responsibilities:
To define when necessary new suppliers quality targets on annual basis.
To organise the annual plan for incoming inspection and supervise its compliance.
To monitor the Suppliers performance in monthly basis in all affected indicators.
To determine monthly with Logistic Departments what suppliers are to be escalated and de-escalated.
To lead the escalation meetings with Suppliers (level 1 and 2) and take decisions related with them.
To request escalations of Suppliers to Level-3.
For our Quality Engineer, we are looking for:
Excellent knowledge of GD8 problem solving resolution.
Good knowledge APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, MEF, MSA, SPC.
Good knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, GD&T ASME Y 14.5 M-1994.
Good knowledge in process audit and calibration.
Good knowledge of plastics and the headliner and soft trim assembly process.
Good Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Good knowledge of customer applications
