Job Description:
Vendor management/support (with PM guidance - set up new Non-disclosure agreements, Statements of Works, and vendor on-boarding).
Track key metrics and suggest improvements on project management methods
Coordinate with procurement and logistics team (create tasks for purchase orders, track shipments from suppliers, help ship packages to external partners within and outside US); follow up from procurement to payment
Set up team and external meetings
Track team assets, consumable inventory and archived items
Take notes/document team meetings with action items to meeting attendees; follow up on action items
Collaborate with PMs to communicate project needs
Organize documentation and team libraries on Google Drive and SharePoint
Assist with planning, setting up, organizing, and maintaining lab, demo and storage spaces
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
