Role Description
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Mortgage Loan Officer. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will assist clients in securing loans for real estate purchases or refinancing. Your responsibilities will include evaluating clients' financial information, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the loan application process. Maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines
- Experience in loan origination and underwriting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial information and determine creditworthiness
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of mortgage loan products and programs
- Proficiency in mortgage loan software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (MUST HAVE NMLS; guidance provided to achieve NMLS if under a Federal Charter)
