Job Description:
The Lead Developer will be working with onshore and offshore teams working with IAM technologies to produce solutions that will ensure and improve efficiency and increase productivity. They should have experience working in a true global environment with multiple locations and internal business units. They will be working with product managers and business analysts primarily regarding integration and migration strategies. The Lead Developer will assist group managers on task evaluation, time management and going forward strategies that will increase performance and quality.
Other responsibilities include:
· Evaluating and testing new technologies and tools, assisting in tracking project and task timelines, working closely with the Security team and chosen vendors.
· Mentoring junior team members
· Identify opportunities to optimize IAM environment and provide suggestions on improvements.
Required Skills/ Experience
8+ years of industry experience in the IAM domain.
5+ years of SailPoint experience
3+ years of Azure AD experience
Experience with BeyondTrust
