Technical Program Manager (Post-Sales & Customer Success)

My client is a leading Generative AI Evaluation and Observability software company, dedicated to helping organizations monitor, evaluate, and optimize their GenAI models.
THE ROLE:
They are seeking an experienced and technically adept Technical Program Manager interested in solving complex problems at the intersection of Data and ML, to lead and coordinate complex AI projects, while also managing key customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ML and GenAI, coupled with exceptional program management skills. This role requires the ability to oversee multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers.
You will play a foundational role in designing, building, and scaling the Customer Success organization and playbook, which includes:
● Program Management: Lead and manage the execution of complex AI, ML, and GenAI customer projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
● Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align project goals with customer needs and company objectives.
● Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices.
● Project Planning and Execution
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical program management, solutions consultant, customer success, or related role within the ML, AI, or software industry.
● Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and related technologies, with hands-on experience in these areas.
● Program Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
● Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with the ability to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
