Position Overview
We are looking for a Product Analyst Assistant with strong visual skills to join our talented global team.
Our day-to-day operations at AIYA rely on this role, so we need an individual who is creative and
passionate about using components and someone who is a pixel perfectionist.
Responsibilities
• Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and/or required controls, document
procedures, track key performance indicators.
• Monitor and report on industry developments and activities.
• Assist on comprehensive market research and root cause analysis to identify industry trends and market
demands.
• Work with engineers, designers and product managers to help lead the agile release approach and
develop strategies.
• Participate in product planning sessions and contribute ideas to ensure successful launch.
• Work with QA to prepare test scenarios, cases, and schedules.
• Document and manage functional requirements and prioritize feature development.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on product progress, challenges and solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Project Management, Information Systems,
Computer Science, or an equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
• 1 year of business analysis experience is preferred
• Have good communication interpersonal and consultative skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Able to translate business requirements into non-technical terms

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
