Job Description:
A reputable law firm in McKinney, TX, is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Take and defend depositions effectively.
- Attend and participate in court hearings.
- Provide legal counsel and representation in business law, construction law, and insurance defense cases.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in business law, construction law and/or insurance defense.
- Skills: Proficiency in drafting and responding to legal documents, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrates a willingness to learn, excellent work ethic, and a commitment to client service.

- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently.
