Job Title: Change And Release Manager
Duration: 12-18 Months
Location: Newark, DE (Onsite 3 days per week)
Required Pay Scale: $55-60/hr W2

Job Summary:
Must haves:
- Years of experience. 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments.
- Team player and can take ownership of their tasks and responsibilities.
- Super detail oriented. Strong written and verbal communication. Able to communicate with tech teams and non-tech teams.
- Enterprise experience doing release and change management. Release side is more important. Understand end to end process of release.
- Financial services experience is a nice to have. Have to have enterprise experience.
- Able to deal with developers and testers all the way to the business side leaders
- 1 release scheduled each month. Will have to work 1 weekend a month. Possibility it could be more than 1 a month. But not as likely.
- Agile and JIRA experience is required. Confluence experience too.
- Remedy experience is a plus.
- - Understand Microsoft office suites.
