StevenDouglas has partnered with a growing supply chain and manufacturing company in search of a Vice President of Finance, The VP of Finance will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and ERP departments. This role is critical in ensuring the company's financial health, technological advancement, and effective human capital management. The person in this role will be part of the executive team to develop and execute strategies that support the company's long-term goals.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
· Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing Finance, HR, IT, and ERP functions, preferably within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth.
· Excellent financial acumen, with experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and capital management.
· In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure (including cybersecurity), ERP systems (experience with IFS is a big plus).
· Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
