A hospital in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Systems Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, the Analyst will be responsible for operational administration and technical management of assigned servers and applications for the hospital.
About the opportunity:
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Setting: Hospital environment, hybrid work environment (1 or 2 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
The Systems Analyst will:
- Handle technical management of services, applications and/or workstations
- Assist with daily system monitoring, storage media management, user management, quality control and performance monitoring
- Responsible for assisting in initiatives to ensure compliance with governmental and industry, privacy and security regulations
- Plans and executes process reviews for improvement of information system capabilities and correct identified deficiencies
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 2-3 previous work experience in hospital information systems administration
- Knowledge of the following applications: VMWare, Citrix, SQL Server
