A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities include:
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
* Maintain contact lists and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
