WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS HR MANAGER OPPORTUNITY?
- DIRECT HIRE
- HYBRID
- 8:30pm- 5:00pm (UK hours 3:30 am - 11:30am)
- $95000 - $115000 per year with some flexibility based on skills and experience.
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR MANAGER?
- 7+ years’ experience managing HR operations, Shared Services or centralized HR preferred
- Experience overseeing HRIS implementations (Workday preferred)
- Background streamlining HR processes, improving HR delivery & efficient workflows
- Strong compliance & policy implementation with understanding of downstream effects
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS THE HR MANAGER?
- Lead the day-to-day HR shared services operations
- Manage a high performing team focusing on improving efficiency, customer service, and process quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Lead the strategic planning to overcome challenges and implement effective change management programs for the teams
