Reputable litigation firm in White Plains is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant with Litigation Paralegal experience to support the firm's Managing Partner. This firm handles cases throughout the state of New York, including Westchester and Rockland counties, the Hudson Valley, Long Island and New York Citys and has offices in New Jersey and Atlantic City.
This position will serve as the Managing Partners Executive Assistant and Paralegal and requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The right candidate must be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest levels of discretion, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, and consistently demonstrate an elevated level of professionalism at all times.
We are seeking a candidate with 2-5 years of litigation experience as a paralegal and prior experience handling executive and personal assistant like matters. This position requires a candidate who can work self -sufficiently and assist a notable figure in the legal community. The right candidate will have experience working on civil litigation cases from start to finish and have experience drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research, and motions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or Paralegal certificate with 3 years of experience is required.
- Must have experience supporting a law firm partner with executive and personal matters
- Excellent oral and writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
