Pinnacle Partners is supporting a client who is looking to fill a full time, direct hire opening for an Administrative Assistant. This position will be fully in office, on the SE side of Indianapolis. It will provide high level support within the Engineering Services industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day support for a small office environment
- Support calendar management, meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
- Light event planning
- Compose proposals and work with prequalification packages
- Purchase office supplies
- Transcribe meeting minutes and agendas
- Provide light support to accounting as needed
- Communicate effectively with C-suite executives and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support role with meeting management, travel arrangements and event planning
- Must have exceptional communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Must be adaptable to changing needs
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Salary range is 50 to 65k, depending upon experience
