Robert Half is currently seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in commercial contracts. This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire contract management process, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
- Reviewing contracts per the Company’s playbooks.
- Actively interact and communicate with internal stakeholders to understand, negotiate, and establish contractual terms and conditions.
- Ensure that contracts are processed efficiently in compliance with company policies.
- Identify and manage risks and ensure execution of contracts under the company's risk policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum undergraduate degree in business, law, or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a contracts manager, contracts administrator, or similar role.
- Proficient in drafting commercial contracts and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
