CFO

Our client, the US division of a global producer and distributor of highly technical products, is seeking a CFO for their Cherry Hill, NJ manufacturing site.
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial and risk management of the organization, including strategic analysis of operations and creation of secure internal controls.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of strategic business plans implementation
- Collaborate on financial and tax strategies development
- Direct budgeting and capital request processes
- Manage finance, accounting, IT, and sales controlling departments
- Lead subsidiary company financial operations
- Oversee organizational transaction processing systems
- Direct and review parent company financial information issuance and reporting
- Monitor company and industry legal issues
- Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and legal compliance
- Investigate audit findings and investigations
- Monitor cash forecasts and balances
- Organize equity and debt financing within organizational compliance
Skills/ Competencies:
- Global manufacturing industry experience
- Must have SAP experience
- CPA and MBA
- 10+ years hands on financial leadership experience
- SAP experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong communication skills
Additional Details:
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $185k + bonus
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
