Title: Sr. Preconstruction Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $130-$140 base salary, bonus, full benefits
We are in search of a high caliber Sr. Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to lead precon efforts on large, ground-up projects local to Cincinnati.
This company is a mid-sized, family owned, established GC with a stellar reputation. They have strong relationships in multiple sectors of the industry and a full pipeline, giving them the ability to keep their people in their own bed every night!
Must haves:
- At least 10 years experience in Estimating/Preconstruction in commercial construction
- Experience running new construction projects in any sector
- Strong communication skills!
- Willingness to & mentor
