Role Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator is a key element in making the day go smoothly. They are the go-to person for service technicians (12) and for customers who have service requests. This role schedules customer appointments, routes technicians, and supports them by keeping them updated and ordering parts. The job involves ongoing communication with customers and service technicians.
This position is on-site in the northwest corner of Indianapolis, IN. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
Customers
- Responding to service leads
- Answering incoming calls and scheduling service appointments
- Confirming appointments the day before
- Building relationships with customers
- Following up after appointments
Technicians
- Organizing and optimizing days and routes
- Dispatching
- Ordering and coordinating parts
- Supporting technician needs while they're on the job site
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean background check and drug screen
No prior knowledge of HVAC or skilled trades is required. Our client will provide the training and tools needed to be a great performer.
