HEY, INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES, WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE!
If you're going to be at an international customer service desk, why not deal in a product that is FUN and ENERGIZING: COFFEE EQUIPMENT! Our client is truly global. You will be handling all international orders from global distributors. Responds to inquires received via e-mail and by telephone from established accounts and sales force relating to product and availability, shipping and general company information, as well as processes and coordinates all documents relating to international ordering and shipments. Must understand the many facets of international business to assure the highest level of service to our client's customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office program
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Second language a plus
- Organized, efficient, result-oriented, proactive, problem solver, team player
JOB EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree in business and 3 to 5 years experience in international customer service
- Knowledge of Incoterms and general international sales terms and procedures
Salary commensurate with experience and adjusted after first 6 months based on results.
