Job Opportunity: Vice President/General Manager - Arizona
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President/General Manager to lead a high-performing team in the construction materials industry. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in the construction materials industry, with progressively responsible roles in sales, operations, or engineering.
- Proven track record of leading safely, ethically, and responsibly.
- Strong understanding of both operations and sales, with in-depth knowledge of financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and organizational influence skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and engage high-performing teams.
