Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Experience: 8-10years of relevant experience in EV Battery Domain and data analytics
Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Python and Big data with Battery Domain experience.
Educational/Professional Qualifications: A full-time bachelor’s degree or preferably Master’s Degree
a. 4-6 yrs experience in Battery and related skills:
• Overall, Domain knowledge /experience working on battery pack & cell chemistries.
• Work experience on battery pack related faults and failures.
• Good Knowledge on different battery degradation mechanisms and failures shall be an advantage.
• Experience on battery pack testing and test case writing - specific requirement related testing.
• Good Knowledge on the BMS functionalities
• Good knowledge of various SOC, SOH & SOP algorithms, their development and correlation between them and different degradation mechanisms.
b.3-5 yrs. experience in data analytic skills
• Expertise in Python, big data handling, Data analytics
• Data preprocessing, data quality and integrity checks, data base creation and maintenance
• Data Analysis and Machine learning techniques implementation
• Good knowledge on ML & AI algorithms and their deployment using python
• Good knowledge on PyCharm & PyTorch like packages in python to develop ML models
• Collect data and perform analysis, interpret to help build algorithms.
• Develop dashboards and GUIs for data visualization
Good to have(optional)
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools
