Role Description
This is a part-time remote role as a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying ways to help them achieve their goals. They will also collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive business growth.
Qualifications

- Experience in customer service or account management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
