Description:
Having achieved record growth an opportunity now exists for a Senior foreman to join the ranks of one of the most reputable heavy civil construction GCs in Philadelphia. Acquiring assignments such as to highway expansion, Paving, ADA ramps, bridge and road.
Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage multiple crews of 6-10 tradesmen safely on heavy civil projects.
- Direct and train crews to perform execute work to a high standard.
- Accurately interpret and follow DOT plans in accordance to state guidelines.
- Execute roadwork and structural tasks, while overseeing production, costs, quality control, and safety.
- A good candidate would also possess experience in pipe work and paving.
