Role: Partnership & Alliances Leader
Location: NY/NJ/PA, Remote.
ValueMomentum is looking for a passionate and energetic alliance professional with a background in managing complex strategic partner programs.
The successful candidate will manage ValueMomentum’s Global Partner Program.
Responsibilities include developing the business plan, relationship development, solution/program development, field channel engagement and enablement.
Responsibilities
- Building and managing the Strategic Alliances while working with vertical, engineering and sales teams to design, execute, and manage the strategy and business plan of the Alliances with focus on market penetration and revenue growth.
- Outline a detailed business plan for the strategic alliances including GTM strategy on joint solutions, performance metrics, marketing, relationship mapping and governance.
- Working closely with ValueMomentum’s leadership and the relevant vertical, engineering and sales teams to drive the roll out and execution of the alliance business plan Identifying potential account revenue/sell-with opportunities sourced from the alliances.
- Own revenue targets for annual influenced wins of ValueMomentum services revenue and Partner license/subscription/influence revenue
- Collaborate with ValueMomentum business units and strategic partners, create, manage and be accountable for defining and driving successful execution of solution opportunities.
- Work with offering leaders to develop, test and shape relevant partner offerings and solutions that drive innovation at scale.
- Building key relationships with alliance executive sell with teams VP Sales, VP Alliances, etc. and act as tactical advisor of both alliances to the leadership.
- Owning the relationship maps and drive and monitor cadence meetings.
- Providing oversight and directing the sales team in targeted direction of the alliance business strategy for relevant opportunities
- Recommend, direct, and drive sales and marketing campaigns for differentiated solutions to drive revenue and measure the success of the campaigns
- Communicate alliance progress, issues, and expectations; take corrective actions whenever necessary.
- Supervise teams, seeking diverse views, and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
- Drive execution of all compliance activities associated with the partnership.
- Managing all reporting requirements
- Securing appropriate contracts with the partners
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in sales, partnership management, strategic deal teams, with a track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving successful programs
- Experience in managing partnerships for System Integrators (experience with insurance industry platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, OneShield is a plus) and horizontal platforms like Snowflake, Databricks AWS, Azure
- Extensive experience with partnership negotiations and technical acumen to define the joint strategy for the strategic initiatives.
- Strong business acumen.
