Adams & Martin Group is seeking a direct hire Legal Administrative Assistant to join a law firm in downtown Minneapolis.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate court appointments and meetings.
- Manage documents related to attorney-client interactions.
- Provide general administrative support to legal staff.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office (including MS Office 635).
- Odyssey filing experience preferred.
- 2-3 years law firm and litigation experience preferred.
- Paralegal certification preferred but not required.
