Your Role:
- Project Management: Lead design projects for OKC, OK, and local airport sponsors.
- Engineering Expertise: Manage engineering calculations and oversee project plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
- Client Development: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, promoting business growth.
- Coordination & Documentation: Ensure accuracy by coordinating with staff and stakeholders and managing project schedules, budgets, and scope.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor budgets and prepare proposals and contracts.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams and manage engineering support staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 6+ years of project management experience, particularly in transportation projects.
- Professional Engineering license in OK (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Strong business development and communication skills.
Work Environment: May involve exposure to mechanical parts, weather conditions, uneven ground, and hazardous equipment.
Physical Requirements: Includes lifting light equipment (up to 20 lbs) and awareness of field conditions.
