Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Roto molding shift supervisor that will use the most efficient and cost-effective processes to maintain the efficient operation of the Roto molding manufacturing equipment. This person will work hands on with the machine operators to ensure a smooth operations and continuously improve the safety of the work environment. In addition, under the direction of the Plant Manager will work closely with other department to develop a cohesive production flow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform various processing tasks involving such functions as analysis, design, development, test, installation and service, while working from instructions, drawings, prints, specifications and other pertinent information
- Review and analyze a variety of process control data, documents and reports
- Ensure that specified product criteria are suitable for the proposed application
- Plan, conduct or coordinate relatively straight forward troubleshooting analyses to develop and implement total process control
- Participate in the investigation of technical problems and the establishment of procedures and corrective actions to avoid recurrences
- Supervising and leading all personnel on assigned shift to ensure 100% compliance to quality and efficiency standards.
- Tracking daily scrap and output efficiencies.

Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in process large part Roto molding
- Degree in manufacturing of any nature is preferred. High school diploma or GED is required
- Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
- In depth knowledge of part design, part function and quality control systems.
- Emerson controller experience a plus but not require
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer and report writing skills.
- Self-initiative and excellent time-management skills.
