The role:
-Represent clients in commercial litigation and professional liability litigation.
-Analyze insurance policies to identify coverage issues and draft coverage opinions, reservations, and disclaimers.
-Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation.
The Ideal Candidate
-Experience or interest in insurance coverage, cybersecurity, defense litigation and/or commercial litigation is a plus.
-Superior academic credentials from a top-tier accredited law school.
-Member in good standing of the Illinois bar.
