Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Board members. This role requires a professional with a strong background in financial services, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars for the CEO and Board members
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and lunches with board members, investors, and portfolio clients
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking hotels and transportation
- Perform various ad hoc tasks as needed to support the executive team
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in all communications and interactions
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally within financial services
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Details:
- Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 AM - 5 PM)
