Job Overview:
One of our top Law Firm clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Midlevel Real Estate Associate to join our Real Estate & Land Use practice group. This position is open to multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional real estate experience and a strong interest in furthering their career in real estate law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction, development, and financing.
- Provide legal counsel on real estate investment across a variety of property types and industry sectors.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and related documents.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve client goals.
- Maintain a commitment to client service and excellence in legal practice.
