This position requires proficiency in QuickBooks and AppFolio and the ability to manage and coordinate with a virtual assistant, bookkeeper, and intern.

Requirements:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll processes and regulations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Knowledge of insurance administration processes is a plus.
