Our client in Deerfield Beach has an immediate need for a payroll & billing specialist. Ideal candidate has full cycle payroll experience that is familiar and comfortable with automated and manual payroll processes. This position will also be cross trained for payables and receivables. Must be coachable and trainable. Working knowledge of ADP and QuickBooks is a major plus.
100% On-site in Deerfield Beach - Only local candidates will be considered
Responsibilities:
· Process weekly payroll in ADP
· Collect timesheets and payroll data, verify and enter hours
· Assist in payables and receivables using Quickbooks
· Ensure compliance with all payroll tax reporting
· Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
· General administrative work supporting human resources and accounting department
Qualifications:
· 3+ years' experience payroll processing experience
· Proficient in ADP highly preferred
· Ability to multi-task and manage time
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Clear written and verbal communications skills
· Significant attention to detail
