Robert Half is working with a client in the Fort Worth area that is looking to add a Help Desk Specialist to their growing team. This is an onsite role that is contract to permanent.
POSITION: HELP DESK
LOCATION: ARLINGTON, TX
DURATION: 3 MONTH CONTRACT TO PERMANENT
RATE: $20-$24 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
- One to three years related experience and/or training in an IT support environment
- Must have basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Print Services, Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to troubleshoot all aspects of computer components
- Provide phone and in-person support
- Work with a ticketing system
- Computer refreshes
- Software updates
