Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Functional/Business Analyst with functional experience specifically in Fusion Global Pay and a total of 7+ years of payments experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payment systems, business analysis, and will play a crucial role in optimizing and implementing payment solutions to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of Fusion Global Pay functionalities to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and manage business requirements related to payment processing and Fusion Global Pay implementations.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop payment solutions, ensuring they meet functional requirements and align with industry best practices.
- Testing & Validation: Coordinate and perform testing of Fusion Global Pay solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness; resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, including IT and finance, as well as external vendors, to ensure successful implementation and integration of payment solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to existing payment processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
