Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Customer Care Representatives to join our team. You’ll handle inbound customer inquiries with a focus on first-call resolution, ensuring quality service over quantity. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, research, and providing empathetic, top-notch customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on quality over call volume.
- Assist with Medicare and healthcare-related inquiries, utilizing investigative skills to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the team and support customers with professionalism and kindness.
- Work flexible hours as needed, including potential evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Call center experience required.
- Healthcare experience preferred, Medicare experience a huge plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday shifts if needed.
Training & Interview Process:
- Must complete a 6-week training course (attendance is mandatory).
- Equipment provided for remote workers (monitor only).
- Panel interview (30-45 minutes).
