Tennessee Community Services Agency (TNCSA) has 2 part time positions available in the Statewide Domestic Violence Helpline Program as a Helpline Specialist. **MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE; Must be available for at least 4 - 5 of the shifts listed below.
Job Description: Answer calls in a manner consistent with established performance goals and indicators, as well as established policies, procedures, and code of ethics; Determine caller’s needs, collect appropriate data, facilitate problem solving in ways that give individuals a sense of empowerment and control over their situation; Conduct appropriate risk assessments; Make accurate referrals to appropriate community resources; Document calls with professional, well written observations and assessments.
Shifts available:
Sunday: 11am - 3pm
Monday: 3pm - 7pm
Tuesday: 3pm - 7pm
Wednesday: 7pm - 11pm AND 11pm - 7am
Thursday: 3pm - 7pm
Friday: 3pm - 7pm
