We're looking for a highly motivated Quality Manager to join our team and take ownership of quality control systems in our manufacturing facility with up to 100 staff. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the quality strategy from the ground up.
Hours: Monday-Thursday from 6am-4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality control process.
- Ensure production processes comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality.
- Supervise inspection and testing activities to ensure productivity and technical accuracy.
- Develop and apply statistical analysis to maintain product standards.
- Create and maintain documentation related to quality standards and ISO certification.
- Collaborate with plant management to optimize reliability and reduce costs.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts and safety initiatives across teams.
- Provide coaching and training on problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6-10 years of experience in quality management.
- Six Sigma methods and a passion for driving continuous improvement, certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership in quality improvement initiatives.
