Position: Syndicate Loan Operations Specialist
Job Description:
Adecco is looking for a Syndicate Loan Operations Specialist to support the global markets loan operations, focusing on trade closing and settlement. You will coordinate documentation for bank loan trades in primary and secondary markets, working closely with traders, salespeople, legal teams, and administrative agents.

$32/hr
Responsibilities:
- Confirm loan documentation for accurate trade settlements.
- Support syndicated loan trading in trade closing, research, and account management.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including legal counsel and trading partners.
- Manage post-trade activities, including logistics and settlement pricing.
- Implement process improvements to shorten closing times and reduce risks.
- Validate loan commitments, interest, and fee payments.
- Analyze and resolve operational issues.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and data management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in syndicated loan markets experience.
- 3+ years of Syndicate Loan operations experience.
- Understanding of credit documentation (e.g., Credit Agreements).
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Knowledge of secondary loan trading and operational risk is a plus.
