Location: Hybrid -Appleton-Oshkosh-Neenah Area
We're seeking a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Administrator for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading WI manufacturing company. You'll play a supporting role in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a hybrid multi-cloud environment. You'll work closely with our senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, implement automation, and optimize performance.
Responsibilities:- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Azure and on-prem environments.
- Help with automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in monthly maintenance, performance tuning, and continuous process improvement.
- Document and execute enhancements to infrastructure and modifications to configurations.
- Provide support for incident management and problem management processes.
Requirements:- 1-3 years of professional experience in an IT infrastructure support role.
- Basic understanding of the Azure cloud computing platform.
- Familiarity with hypervisors, SAN, NAS, Linux/Windows.
- Basic knowledge of configuration management and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
Nice to Have:- Azure technology certifications.
- Familiarity with VMware, Cohesity, Pure Storage, and Linux.
